St Andrew’s CE Infant School Merger Decision

As you are aware a four-week statutory consultation took place between 15 September 2025 and 12 October 2025 on the proposed school merger of St Andrew’s CE Infant School with Great Linford Primary School.

Following this consultation, a Delegated Decision was taken on 25 November 2025 by the Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, to proceed with the merger.

This means that both schools will merge and create one school on the Great Linford Primary School site with effect from 1 January 2026, with St. Andrew’s CE Infant School closing from 31 December 2025.
